1. 适用范围1. Scope

本政策适用于 iPhone 应用“在场 / Here”（下称“应用”）和 here-tagzxia.pages.dev 上的公开产品网站（下称“网站”）。应用与网站的技术角色不同：应用不依赖我们的后端处理你的拍摄内容；网站则由 Cloudflare 提供基础设施，可能产生基础的服务器与安全日志。 This policy applies to the Here / 在场 iPhone app (the “app”) and the public product website at here-tagzxia.pages.dev (the “website”). They play different technical roles: the app does not depend on our backend to process your captures, while the website is served through Cloudflare infrastructure that may generate basic server and security logs.

2. 应用内的数据处理2. Data processing in the app

应用使用 iPhone 的相机和麦克风来拍摄照片或录制视频。画面、声音、构图和前后镜头合成均在设备本地处理。拍摄产生的媒体先保存在应用自己的本地沙盒中，我们不会接收这些内容。 The app uses your iPhone’s cameras and microphone to take photos or record video. Images, audio, composition, and front/back camera compositing are processed locally on the device. Captured media is first stored in the app’s own local sandbox; we do not receive that content.

3. 系统权限3. System permissions

应用仅在相关功能需要时请求以下权限：The app requests the following permissions only when the related feature needs them:

• 相机：Camera: 显示取景并拍摄前置、后置或双视角画面。to show the viewfinder and capture front, back, or dual views.
• 麦克风：Microphone: 在录制视频时采集现场声音。to capture sound when recording video.
• 添加到“照片”：Add to Photos: 当“同时保存到系统照片”设置已启用且你授予权限时，将拍摄结果添加到系统“照片”图库。应用请求的是添加权限，而不是读取你的完整图库。to add a capture to the system Photos library when “Save to Photos” is enabled and you grant permission. The app requests add access, not access to read your full library.

你可以在 iOS“设置”中拒绝或随时撤销这些权限。撤销后，依赖该权限的功能将不可用，但不影响你对已导出媒体的控制。 You can deny or revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Features that depend on a revoked permission will no longer work, but this does not change your control over media you already exported.

4. 本地存储、保存与分享4. Local storage, saving, and sharing

应用空间App storage

拍摄结果会保留在应用的本地沙盒中，直至系统移除相应应用数据。卸载应用通常会移除设备上的应用沙盒，但不会删除你已经保存到“照片”、分享给其他应用或由设备及相关服务管理的备份副本。 Captures remain in the app’s local sandbox until the system removes the related app data. Uninstalling the app ordinarily removes its on-device sandbox, but it does not delete copies you saved to Photos, shared with other apps, or that are managed by your device and associated backup services.

系统“照片”与备份Photos and backups

当“同时保存到系统照片”设置已启用且你授予权限时，媒体会被添加到系统“照片”。此后，照片图库、iCloud 照片和设备备份如何处理该媒体，取决于你的 Apple 设置与相关服务条款，我们无法控制或代你删除这些副本。 Media is added to Photos when “Save to Photos” is enabled and you grant permission. After that, how Photos, iCloud Photos, and device backups handle the media depends on your Apple settings and the terms of those services. We cannot control or delete those copies for you.

用户主动分享User-initiated sharing

当你使用系统分享面板时，只有你选择的媒体会发送到你选择的应用或目的地。接收方之后如何处理内容受其自身隐私政策约束；我们无法删除由其他应用或收件人保存的副本。 When you use the system share sheet, only the media you select is sent to the app or destination you choose. The recipient’s handling is governed by its own privacy policy, and we cannot delete copies retained by other apps or recipients.

5. 网站与 Cloudflare 基础设施日志5. Website and Cloudflare infrastructure logs

本网站是静态网站，不提供账号、表单、广告或行为分析，也不设置用于广告或跨站追踪的 Cookie。为传输网页、维护安全与诊断服务，Cloudflare 基础设施可能处理并短期记录 IP 地址、请求时间、请求路径、浏览器或设备信息及安全事件等常见网络日志。这些网站日志与应用内相机、麦克风和媒体处理完全分开；网站无法访问你的应用媒体。 This is a static website with no account, form, advertising, or behavioral analytics, and it does not set cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. To deliver pages, maintain security, and diagnose service, Cloudflare infrastructure may process and temporarily log common network information such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device information, and security events. These website logs are separate from camera, microphone, and media processing in the app; the website cannot access your app media.

Cloudflare 对相关基础设施数据的处理也受其公开隐私与数据处理条款约束。 Cloudflare’s handling of relevant infrastructure data is also governed by its published privacy and data-processing terms.

6. 你的选择与数据控制6. Your choices and data control

• 在 iOS“设置”中查看、拒绝或撤销相机、麦克风和“照片”添加权限。Review, deny, or revoke camera, microphone, and Photos add permissions in iOS Settings.
• 如需删除应用空间内的所有拍摄结果，可卸载应用以移除设备上的应用及其本地数据。To delete all captures in the app’s storage, uninstall the app to remove the app and its local on-device data.
• 在“照片”或接收分享的第三方应用中，分别管理你已经导出的副本。Manage exported copies separately in Photos or in the third-party app that received a share.
• 设备或云端备份由相应系统及服务管理，可能不会在卸载应用时一并移除。Device or cloud backups are managed by the relevant system and service and may not be removed when you uninstall the app.
